Bulgaria, Kingdom. A Prize Medal of the Agricultural Exhibition in Ploudiv 1892

In silvered brass, obverse illustrating the left-facing bust of Tsar Ferdinand I of Bulgaria, surrounded by the text in Cyrillic, reverse illustrating a statue in the foreground of a crowned woman holding a sword in her right hand and a shield in her left hand which bears a lion, with exhibition buildings in the background, surrounded by the text in Cyrillic and dated "1892", along with being engraver marked "J. CHRISTLBAUER", measuring 37 mm x 41.7 mm (h) inclusive of its integral suspension, edge nicks, scattered silvering wear, contact marks, very fine.
