Prussia, State. A Militia 20-Year Long Service Cross, I Class

(Landwehr-Dienstauszeichnung, I. Klasse für 20 Dienstjahre). Constructed of silver with gilt, consisting of a Cross Pattée, the obverse with a central gilded medallion bearing the monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm II, the reverse with an analogous medallion bearing Roman numerals XX, unmarked, measuring 39.25 mm (w) x 43.64 mm (h), on loop for suspension from period original ribbon, and in very fine condition.
