Germany, HJ. A HJ Member’s Belt Buckle, by Wilhelm Annetsberger

(HJ Gürtelschnalle). Constructed of aluminum, the obverse consisting of a raised central German national eagle clutching a HJ insignia, within a ribbed ring bearing an inscription of “BLUT UND EHRE” (“BLOOD AN HONOUR”), the reverse with a loop and dual attachment prongs, maker marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and code “M4/54” for Wilhelm Annetsberger, Munich, measuring 64 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), with minor scratching evident, in overall near extremely fine condition.
