Constructed of a two-piece black wool backer (indicating a rare early-war manufactured example), the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered silver-grey SS-style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 98 mm (w) x 450 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
