Two-piece construction, in silver with azure blue enamels, inscribed with the roman numerals "XVIII" (18) on the obverse, number engraved "178" and date engraved "1924" on the reverse, measuring 21 mm (w) x 34.5 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, multi-link chain suspension, intact enamels, extremely fine.
