Constructed of a field-grey rayon-blended base, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered BeVo-style Croatian national emblem, topped by an inscription of “HRVATSKA” (“CROATIA”), unmarked, measuring 68 mm (w) x 74 mm (h), in uniform-removed and near extremely fine condition.
