Germany, Heer. An Honour Roll Clasp

(Ehrenblattspange des Heeres). Instituted 30 January 1944. (1944-1945 issue). Constructed of gilded bronze, consisting of a circular oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, with a central swastika on a hollow background, the reverse with three of four attachment prongs, affixed to a period original length of ribbon, unmarked, measuring 24.60 mm (w) x 26.86 mm (h), in addition to the missing attachment prong there is damage to the swastika, with evidence of repair where it joined with the wreath, in overall very fine condition.
