Three-piece construction, Royal Canadian Engineers insignia in silver with red and dark blue enamels, backed by a 12 mm (w) x 13 mm (h) face plate in silver with black enamels, mounted to a ring base, marked "STERLING" on the inside of the ring and on the reverse of the face plate, hallmarked and marked with the Canadian silver standard mark on the inside of the ring, measuring 18.5 mm in diameter to the outer edges, intact enamels, extremely fine.
