The velvet-covered heavy duty cardboard folder with document is dated to April 1, 1892. It was given to Otto von Bismarck on occasion of his 77th birthday by the Gentlemen’s Salon “Count Bismarck”, named in his honour.

Measuring 320 mm (w) x 465 mm (h), presenting light denting of the cover, the document being undamaged, yet no longer attached to the folder, remains very fine.
