A lot of six Luftwaffe cloth badges and trade insignia, including a Radio Operator/Air Gunner’s Badge, constructed of dark grey wool, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered silver-grey oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a mobile swastika, overlaid by a Luftwaffe eagle clutching dual lightning bolts, unmarked, measuring 58 mm (w) x 74 mm (h), in extremely fine condition; an Air Gunner/Flight Engineer’s Badge, constructed of dark grey wool, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered silver-grey oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a mobile swastika, overlaid by a Luftwaffe eagle, unmarked, measuring 60 mm (w) x 78 mm (h), in extremely fine condition; an EM/NCO’s breast eagle, constructed of dark grey wool, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered silver-grey Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 90 mm (w) x 60 mm (h), in extremely fine condition; a Flight Personnel sleeve insignia, constructed of dark grey wool, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered silver-grey insignia, unmarked, measuring 95 mm (w) x 42 mm (h), in extremely fine condition; a Signals Personnel insignia, constructed of dark grey wool, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered silver-grey downward lightning bolt, retaining an original label, measuring 55 mm in diameter, in near mint condition, and; an Air Raid Warning Personnel insignia, constructed of dark grey wool, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered silver-grey insignia, unmarked, measuring 54 mm in diameter, with some soiling evident to the obverse, in overall better than very fine condition.
