(Portepee). A pair of dagger portepees, including one for a Heer Officer’s dagger, consisting of a stylized acorn constructed of multiple rows of twisted and rolled silver aluminum wire, suspended from a strap of identical construction, unmarked, measuring 450 mm in total length, in extremely fine condition, and; one for an Ordnungspolizei NCO’s dagger, consisting of a stylized acorn constructed of twisted and rolled silver aluminum wire interspersed with green threading, suspended from a black rayon core bearing a central machine-embroidered red band flanked by silver aluminum wire machine embroidery, unmarked, measuring 200 mm in length as presented, in unissued and near extremely fine condition.
