Russia, Imperial. A Silver Medal for Zeal

Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with a raised rightward-facing profile of Tsar Alexander III, circumscribed by name and title in Russian Cyrillic, the reverse with a circular Russian Cyrillic inscription of “ЗА УСЕРДІЕ” (“FOR ZEAL”), unmarked, measuring 50.57 mm in diameter, weighing 59.8 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in near extremely fine condition.
