Constructed of very fine quality manufacture flat, rolled, and twisted golden hand embroidered bullion threading; illustrating two golden embroidered eagles above and in-between crossed branches with raised accents representing the veins of the wreath; all four sides trimmed in twisted golden wires; buckram core; measuring 57 mm x 43 mm; mint and unissued condition.
