(3rd Regulation Version - 1936-1939), constructed of a light brown velvet, the obverse bears two strips of fine silver-grey tress stripes in the shape of an “L” incorporating a repeating swastika design, all four edges trimmed in light blue piping indicative of the Orts Level, mounted on a tan buckram base, one tabs bears a label witha blue ink “RZM” mark beside a large “C”, maker marked “Hersteller” and “A4” beside “861” above "Reichszeugmeisterei der NSDAP.", numbered "No 340867", measuring 44.28 mm (w) x 66.29 mm (h), very fine.
