Constructed of rose-pink paper with black ink, the obverse with text from a speech by Metropolitan Germogen of the Croatian Orthodox Church, appealing for national unity and loyalty to the Croatian Independent State among Orthodox Christians, while condemning communism and the Yugoslav Partisans, the reverse with black-and-white photographs of Metropolitan Germogen in clerical regalia and in a meeting with Ante Pavelić, measuring 235 mm (w) x 313 mm (h), with some age-appropriate soiling and material fatigue evident, in overall better than very fine condition.
