An award document for a Medal of the Crown of King Zvonimir, Silver Grade, constructed of off-white paper with black ink, named to SS-Oberscharführer Franz Wiener of the Sicherheitspolizei, awarded for diligent and selfless service to the security of the Independent State of Croatia, issued on 5 December 1944, featuring a handwritten signature of Ante Pavelić at the lower right corner, with an additional handwritten signature of Minister of the Armed Forces Vice-Admiral Nikola Steinfel, measuring 208 mm (w) x 340 mm (h), with minor discolouration evident, in overall near extremely fine condition.
