What's a max bid?

Your maximum bid should be the highest amount you're willing to pay for an item.

If the current auction price is $100 dollars and you place a maximum bid of $120 dollars, the system will bid $101 dollars on your behalf.

If no other participant places a bid, you win that auction lot for $101 dollars.

If another auction participant places a bid of $110 dollars, the system will subsequently place a bid of $111 dollars on your behalf. The system will continue to bid in $1.00 dollar increments until your maximum bid of $120 dollars is exceeded.

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

Buyer's Premium

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

A mixed lot of seven badges, including a Czechoslovakian Army Communications Personnel badge, constructed of bronze with multi-coloured enamels, the reverse with a plate bearing a stamped issue number of “05780”, with a threaded lug and backplate, unmarked, measuring 44 mm (w) x 54 mm (h), with scratching evident to the enamels, in better than very fine condition; an Exemplary Border Guard Badge, constructed of bronze with multi-coloured enamels, the reverse with a plate bearing a stamped issue number of “05572”, with a threaded lug, unmarked, measuring 44 mm (w) x 54 mm (h0, missing its backplate and with some scratching of enamels evident, in very fine condition; a J. Hakena Military Academy graduation badge, constructed of silvered bronze with enamels, the reverse engraved with a number of “1965”, with a threaded lug and backplate, marked “ZUKOV 02”, measuring 24 mm (w) x 36 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition; a Czechoslovakian Air Force Academy graduation badge, constructed of silvered bronze with enamels, the reverse engraved with a number of “1125”, with a threaded lug and backplate, marked “ZUKOV 02”, measuring 24 mm (w) x 36 mm (h), in extremely fine condition; also included are three Jewish Ghetto Police (Jüdischer Ordnungsdienst) badge, each constructed of bronze, including one with a gilt finish and another with a silver finish, the reverse of each with a threaded lug, all unmarked and measuring 33 mm (w) x 38 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
