What's a max bid?

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

1. NS Vlasti Zdar Czech Fascist Party Autumn VolleyballTournament at Brno Third Prize Banner 1941 (composed of three panels in white, red and blue rayon sewn in place side-by-side vertically, the NS Vlasti Zdar insignia featured prominently on the red panel, the insignia in white and silver threading on yellow, blue and black embroidered panels, the banner with the inscription in white embroidery and outlined in red threading "III. cena divek podzimního wolley-ballového turnaje / okresu / BRNO V. / 1941", measuring 290 mm (w) x 370 mm (h), the top of the banner with a bar fed through it and incorporating tassels at either end, with a cord attached at either end for suspension);  
2. Gen. M.R. Stefánik Trenčíne Battalion Association Consecration Banner, July 7, 1935 (composed of two panels in red and white silk-like material sewn in place side-by-side vertically, with a white cotton backer, the banner with the inscription in yellow embroidery "Upomienka na posviacku prápora spolku vyslúž vojakov Gen. M.R. Stefánik Trenčíne / 7. VII. 1935", measuring 155 mm (w) x 1,020 mm (h) not including the gold-coloured bullion fringe along the bottom edge, the top of the banner with a brass bar fed through it and incorporating loops at either end, with a white cotton strap attached at either end for suspension, a manufacturer's label sewn in place on the reverse inscribed "VYROBA KOS TOL. PARAMENTOV / Fr. Hudaň BRATISLAVA / DUNAJSKA 20.); 
3. Gen. M.R. Stefánik Trenčíne Battalion Association Consecration Banner, July 19, 1936 (composed of two panels in red and white silk-like material sewn in place side-by-side vertically, with a white cotton backer, the banner with the inscription in yellow embroidery "Upomienka na posviacku prápora, spolku vyslúž. vojakov Gen., M.R. Stefánik Trenc. Teplice. / 19. VII. 1936", measuring 162 mm (w) x 1,020 mm (h) not including the gold-coloured bullion fringe along the bottom edge, the top of the banner with a brass bar fed through it and incorporating loops at either end, with a white cotton strap attached at either end for suspension, a manufacturer's label sewn in place on the reverse inscribed "VYROBA KOS TOL.
