What's a max bid?

If no other participant places a bid, you win that auction lot for $101 dollars.

If another auction participant places a bid of $110 dollars, the system will subsequently place a bid of $111 dollars on your behalf. The system will continue to bid in $1.00 dollar increments until your maximum bid of $120 dollars is exceeded.

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

Buyer's Premium

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

(Řád rudého praporu práce). Instituted in 1955. Type II (1960-1989). In silver gilt with red enamels, number impressed "15495", silver fineness marked with a goat's head above the number "2" (silver fineness .925), maker marked "MK" (Mincovna Kremnica = Kremnica Mint) and marked "925" (silver) on the reverse of the wreath suspension, measuring 40.3 mm (w) x 68.3 mm (h) inclusive of its linden leaves wreath suspension, intact enamels, scattered gilt wear evident on the reverse, original ribbon with pinback, near extremely fine.

 

Footnote: The Order of the Red Banner of Labour was instituted on May 4, 1955 and awarded for exceptional merit in economic, scientific and cultural development. It was awarded upon retirement to individuals who had rendered outstanding service within agriculture, manufacturing, and other production fields. There are two main versions of the Order: Type I awarded from 1955-1960 features a rearing lion wearing a crown on the reverse; Type II awarded from 1960-1989 features the rearing lion surmounted by a star from the 1960 Czechoslovak coat-of-arms on the reverse.
