United States. A Five Dollar Federal Reserve Note, 1914
(Currency, Banknotes). Antique. A nearly mint United States of America federal reserve five dollar banknote. The obverse features the central portrait of Abraham Lincoln and is marked to the right with “THE FEDERAL RESERVE NEW YORK NEW YORK 2-B” and to the left with a blue seal. The note is marked “THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA FIVE DOLLARS” and “FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE”. The reverse features a variety of men, a boat and a ship on the sea with the inscription “FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE” and “FIVE DOLLARS”. Measuring 190 mm (w) x 80mm (h). In nearly mint condition.
