A Red Cross medal in silver, the obverse presents a red enamelled cross, the reverse plain, measuring 29.28 mm in diameter, on loop for suspension from period original ribbon, and in near very fine condition. Accompanied by the original presentation case of issue, constructed of blue leatherette, the interior lined with white satin, maker marked with tag for Roman Tavast, Tallinn, presenting a white velvet medal bed, with an intact hinge and cover, with a functional clasp, measuring 7.8 cm (w) x 11.7 cm (l) x 1.8 cm (h), and in very fine condition.
