What's a max bid?

A silver Maltese cross, with ball finials, the obverse centre presents a fireman’s helmet and two crossed axes, the reverse centre presents the inscription TEENETE EEST (FOR DISTINGUISHED SERVICE), measuring 30.41 mm (w) x 31.09 mm (h), on loop for suspension from period original ribbon, and in good condition.
