A Studio Portrait of Major General Emil von Beckh Widmanstatten; Black and white, gloss finish, obverse illustrating Major General Emil von Beckh-Widmanstatten wearing the Prussian Order of the Crown around his neck, with a five-pointed Iranian Order of Lion and Sun Sash Badge immediately below beside the front opening of the tunic, a group of four Austrian medals on a suspension on his left breast which includes the Order of the Iron Crown, the Military Merit Medal "Signum Laudis", the Commemorative Medal 1898 "Signvm Memoriae" and the Military Long Service Decoration, 3rd Class Cross for Twenty Five Years' Service, with a seven-pointed Iranian Order of Lion and Sun Breast Star below the group, reverse studio marked "A. Huber k.u.k. Hof-u Kammerfotograf Wien", with von Beckh-Widmanstatten identified twice, once in pencil and once in black ink, 107 mm x 150 mm, board-mounted, paper wear on the reverse, near extremely fine.
