An Early and Sought after star of extremely high quality with silver base and gold centre insignia with excellent red, white and black enamelled insignia, hallmarked with a pair of "A's" on the pin, marked with the Diana's head (Dianakopf) hallmark, the number "3" to the left of her head indicating the silver fineness and maker marked "GEBR. RESCH" and "IN WIEN" (Gebruder Resch, Vienna) on the reverse of the star, measuring 71 mm x 71.5 mm, vertical pinback, extremely fine.
