An Austrian Order of St. Stephen by the official maker Rothe; Knight's Cross c.1925. Cross of very fine quality manufacture, in silver gilt and enamels, center in Gold (center medallions on obverse and reverse are of very fine quality., circa 1900 manufacture), suspension arch marked "CFR" along with Austrian hallmarks for silver (1922-1938), cross measures approximately 34mm x 58.0 mm inclusive of crown suspension; cross of very fine quality and condition, no chipping to enamels, extremely fine condition and scarce.

The Order of St. Stephen was officially awarded for services rendered during WWI until mid 1930's.
