1. First aiguillette in a dark yellow embroidered cord, the central four strands straight, the two end strands braided and incorporating a knot, both ends finished with a 93 mm long gilt metal tip bearing the Austrian coat-of-arms and topped by the Royal crown, all six strands joined together via a piece of maroon wool at the junction, with a black metal button maker marked "JULIUS MAYER WIEN" sewn in place at the junction, measuring approximately 1,800 mm in length when extended.
2. Second aiguillette in fine gold-coloured bullion wire, in a thatched pattern, braided and knotted in numerous locations, both ends with a 90 mm long gilt metal tip, bronze suspension loop on the base cord, with an additional cord protruding from the heavily braided portion and housing a 68 mm long bakelite whistle with pea.
