What's a max bid?

An early 20th century, lovely presentation pocket watch by Armada Watch in Neillo silver, the exterior hunter case presents an Austriancoat of arms on a crowned double headed eagle with intricate floral border, the reverse of the case presents two horses trotting with on rider on the furthest horse, the crown in silver gilt sits at 12 o’clock and is a functional release for the hunter case, An enamel dial with large roman numerals, with a seconds bit at 6 o’clock, the face is inscribed Armada Watch below 12 o’clock and is contained by a crystal covering, the interior lid is marked 3279, the reverse interior plate is engraved ANCRE REMONTOIR Armada Watch 16 RUBIS SPIRAL BREGUET, this plate lifts to reveal the dials, the pocket watch measures 53.2mm (w) x 67.3mm (h), weighs 100.1 grams, the bow is marked A denoting Viennese manufacture, the pocket watch oxidation to silver in the eagle, currently not functional to present the time, a rare presentation watch which remains in very fine condition.
