What's a max bid?

(Kaiserlich-Österreischischer Franz-Joseph-Orden). Instituted in 1849. Type II. (1914-1918). Military Division. In bronze gilt, an order of Franz Joseph, a red enamelled cross with a double headed eagle in each quadrant, holding a chain which sits in front of the arms and reads VIRIBUS UNITIS, the obverse medallion with the initials FJ on a white enamelled field, the reverse bears the date 1849, surmounted by a crown with red interior cap, marked on the ring with makers mark WILM. KUNZ WIEN, and bronze star, measures 31.75mm (w) x 56.8mm (h), weighs 12.4 grams, enamel flaw in obverse medallion, worn on a triangular military ribbon, in very fine condition.
