What's a max bid?

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

Constructed of silver with enamels, on loop for suspension from its period original tri-fold ribbon, consisting of a Ruppert Cross with red enameled arms, the obverse with a central medallion with raised initials “FJ” circumscribed by stylized motto of “VIRIBUS UNITIS” (“WITH UNITED FORCES”), the reverse with an analogous medallion bearing an institution date of “1849”, the twelve o’clock arm with a crown suspension and loop, the loop maker marked “Wilh. Kunz”, measuring 36.39 mm (w) x 57.98 mm (h), weighing 17.5 grams, tarnishing and cracking of enamels evident, otherwise in very fine condition.
