A group of four Imperial Austrian medals, including including a Bravery Medal in Bronze, constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with magnetic metal hook and loop, designer marked on the obverse “Tautenhayn”, measuring 31.24 mm in diameter, in very fine condition.
A Jubilee Medal for the 50th Anniversary of the Reign of Emperor Franz Joseph for Military Personnel, constructed of gilded bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original tri-fold ribbon with magnetic metal hook and loop, the obverse with a rightward-facing profile of Franz Joseph circumscribed by name and title, the reverse with an inscription of “SIGNUM MEMORIAE” (“IN MEMORY”) and dates “1848-1898” in Roman numerals, unmarked, measuring 33.98 mm in diameter, in very fine condition.
A Jubilee Medal for the 60th Anniversary of the Reign of Emperor Franz Joseph for Military Personnel, constructed of gilded bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original tri-fold ribbon with magnetic metal hook and loop, consisting of a Cross Pattée, the obverse with a rightward-facing profile of Franz Joseph flanked by his name, the reverse with central dates “1848-1908”, with a laurel leaf wreath through the quadrants of the cross, unmarked, measuring 36.02 mm (w) x 40.88 mm (h) mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition.
A Karl Troop Cross, constructed of zink, on loop for suspension from its period original tri-fold ribbon with magnetic metal hook and loop, consisting of a Cross Pattée, the obverse with an inscription of “GRATI PRINCEPS ET PATRIA, CAROLVS IMP.ET REX” (“A GRATEFUL PRINCE AND COUNTRY, KARL, EMPEROR AND KING”), the reverse with an inscription of “VITAM ET SANGVINEM” (“WITH LIFE AND BLOOD”) and a date of “1916” in Roman numerals, topped by Austrian and Hungarian crowns, unmarked, measuring 29.30 mm (w) x 32.70 mm (h), in near very fine condition.
