What's a max bid?

Constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension with a period original tri-fold ribbon, the obverse bearing a raised rightward-facing profile of Emperor Franz Joseph I, circumscribed by name and title, the reverse bearing a raised inscription of “DEM KGL. PREUSSISCHEN KAISER FRANZ GARDE-GRENADIER-REGIMENT NR. 2 VON SEINEM CHEF, 1849-1899”, unmarked, measuring 34.90 mm in diameter, weighing 17.5 grams, significant oxidation is evident throughout, in overall fair condition.
