What's a max bid?

Accompanied by its matching stickpin (10.5 mm, on a 48 mm pin), in its hardshelled case of issue, gilt Upper Austria coat-of-arms on the lid, maker marked "Öhler Neugasse 4040 Linz" on the inside lid, case also mint.
