What's a max bid?

Ulbrichts Witwe), a very scarce maker of this order manufacturing only during the Great War period. Fine quality badge with good details and fine quality enamels, on original ribbon, without any chipping, extremely fine. Contained within original, dark blue case of issue, unmarked, but likely particular only to this maker. Case in very fine condition.
