This is a very well preserved and fine quality manufacture Order of Franz Joseph; Knight Class with Grand Cross Decoration circa 1917-1918; in gilt bronze with red and white enamels; well marked “Mayer & Söhne, Wien” on the loop; intact enamels; on original ribbon (enforcement loop on reverse of ribbon slightly loose); measuring 55 mm x 30 mm; extremely fine condition.
