What's a max bid?

(Kaiserlicher Orden der Eisernen Krone, III Klasse). Instituted 7 April 1815 by Emperor Franz I. (c. 1925 issue). Constructed of gilded bronze with multi-coloured enamels, the converse consisting of a double-headed Austria imperial eagle clutching a sword and orb, overlaid by a blue enameled monogram of Emperor Franz I, flanked by green enameled laurel branches, the reverse overlaid by a blue enameled shield bearing an institution date of “1815”, set atop a bejeweled crown pedestal with a magnetic iron interior ring, the eagle topped by a crown suspension connecting to a period original tri-fold ribbon pinned with a crossed sword clasp, unmarked, measuring 29.57 mm (w) x 56.42 mm (h), weighing 24.5 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in extremely fine condition.
