What's a max bid?

In silvered bronze with red and white enamels, maker marked "GODET" on the reverse of both the badge and the pin, measuring 60.5 mm (w) x 61.8 mm (h), vertical pinback, chipping evident in the red enamels in the centrepiece disk, better than very fine.
