Austria-Hungary, Empire. A First World War Patriotic Silver Ring
(Silberring). Constructed of silver, the exterior with a central shield bearing a raised field gun, topped by an Austro-Hungarian style shako and crossed sword and rifle, above a date of “1914”, flanked on each side by laurel leaves, the interior bearing illegible silver hallmarks, corresponding to a size 6, weighing 3.4 grams, in extremely fine condition.
