In silver gilt with white enamels, measuring 40 mm (w) x 56 mm (h), denting and chipping evident in the white enamels on the bottom tip of the arm at 3 o'clock on both sides, traces of gilt remains, on its original administrative long service ribbon, better than very fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, marked in French "1re CLASSE" (1st Class) on the lid, inside lid in a satin-like cotton, padded and maker marked "Gustave Wolfers BIJOUTIER BRUXELLES", black felt medal bed, light wear and soiling evident on the exterior, wear present in the fabric overlying the hinged area, case fine.
