Instituted in 1897 (five-piece construction, both centrepieces in silver gilt with blue enamels, the five-pointed star base in silver with white enamels, the wreath suspension in silver with green enamels, measuring 44.3 mm (w) x 65 mm (h) inclusive of its wreath and laterally-pierced ball suspension, chipping and loss evident in the blue enamels on the reverse centrepiece, points on the arms bent back in multiple locations, replacement ribbon).
2. Commemorative War Medal 1914-1918 (Médaille commémorative de guerre 1914-1918). Instituted in 1919 (in bronze, engraver marked "E.J. de BREMAECKER" on the obverse, the reverse with the engraver's initials "E.D.B.", measuring 31 mm (w) x 47.5 mm (h) inclusive of its integral suspension, original ribbon).
3. Frontline (Fire) Service Cross 1914-1918 (Croix de Feu). Instituted in 1934 (in bronze gilt, engraver marked "A. ROMBAUT." on the reverse, measuring 42.2 mm (w) x 54 mm (h) inclusive of its integral suspension, original ribbon).
4. Service Medal for Native Congolese, Baudouin Issue, 1953-1955 (Médaille de Service pour Indigènes du Congo, Numéro Baudouin, 1953-1955). Instituted in 1953 (in bronze, the engraver's mark on the obverse obscured, measuring 32.7 mm in diameter, contact marks, edge nicks, dent on the laterally-pierced ball suspension).
5. Palms of the Belgian Red Cross Decoration 1940-1945 (Palmes de la Décoration de la Croix-Rouge Belge 1940-1945) (in die-stamped bronze, illustrating the Red Cross insignia consisting of a Greek cross and bearing the dates "1940-1945", the cross framed within a wreath composed of two branches of palm leaves, surmounted by the Royal Belgian crown, measuring 34.2 mm (w) x 61.2 mm (h), vertical pinback).
