What's a max bid?

A Belgian Civil Decoration; 1st Class & Gold Grade Medal - Type I - Silver gilt, 36.5 mm, on bravery, devotion and humanity ribbon with dual prongs attachment, light contact, near extremely fine. In its box of issue, marked "M.C. B.M. 1e Cl Kl" on the lid, padded paper liners top and bottom, light wear, box also near extremely fine; A Belgian Decoration for Workers and Artisans; 2nd Class - Type IV - Two-piece construction, silver and enamels, 27.5 mm x 57 mm inclusive of its crown suspension, original ribbon with dual prongs attachment, intact enamels, dark patina, extremely fine. In its cardboard box of issue, sliding sleeve marked "D.I. 2e c." above "N.E. 2e k." on the front, insert card marked "F. VAN MALDEREN Bruxelles" with an inscription in pencil below reading "Papa, Le 28 Juillet 1948", frayed edges on the sleeve, taped corners on the base, box better than fair.
