Multi-piece construction, center applique in Gold with red and black enameled insignia, mounted to a silver star base, maker mark engraved "De Vigne Hart / 6, GALERIE DU ROI / BRUXELLES" on the reverse cartouche, 87.5 mm x 87.5 mm, vertical pinback flanked by dual prongs, intact enamels, circa 1900's period manufacture, of exceptional quality manufacture, in near mint condition and very attractive.
