What's a max bid?

DeGreef 112.RUE DU MIDI BRUXELLES" on the reverse cartouche, 92.5 mm x 98.5 mm, vertical pinback flanked by dual prongs, intact enamels, scattered gilt wear and spotting evident on the cross, near extremely fine.
