(ОРДЕНЪ ЗА ГРАЖДАНСКА ЗАСЛУГА IV CIII). Instituted in 1891. Type II with Imperial Crown (1908-1944). In bronze gilt with red, green and white enamels, measuring 50 mm (w) x 75.5 mm (h) inclusive of its crown suspension, very light spotting evident on the white enamelled arms, the red jewel on the right tassel below the crown on the obverse has been lost to time, otherwise the enamels are intact, large rosette affixed to its original triangular ribbon with hook and eye, near extremely fine.
