What's a max bid?

Военна ордена на смелостта, Гранд Крос. Instituted on April 29 1880 by Alexander I. In bronze gilt, a red enamelled Maltese cross with crossed swords piercing the center, the 12 o’clock arm bears the date 1915 and the 6 o’clock arm reads 1917, the obverse medallion presents a crowned rampant lion surrounded by a white ring inscribed ЗА ХРАБРОСТЬ, the reverse presents a single vertical pin assembly, measures 48mm (w) x 47.4mm (h), weighs 22.5 grams, small hairline cracks in white enamel, dark patina on swords, remains in near extremely fine condition.
