In its hardshelled case of issue, crowned monogram of Tsar Boris III above the inscription "ЗА ХХ ГОД ОТЛИЧНА СЛУЖБА" in gold-coloured ink on the lid, inside lid in white satin and padded, recessed white felt medal bed, clasp closure, measuring 69 mm (w) x 111.5 mm (h) x 26.3 mm (d), black contact mark on the lid, light soiling of the white felt medal bed, case near extremely fine.
