What's a max bid?

A lot of three military academy graduation badges, including a Vasil Levski National Military University badge, constructed of gilded bronze with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a white enameled diamond within a gilt border, overlaid by a red enameled five-pointed star bearing a gilt coat of arms of the People’s Republic of Bulgaria, above a gilt banner bearing a black Cyrillic inscription of “ВВУЗ В. ЛЕВСКИ”, the reverse with a screw and backplate, maker marked “БМД” for the Bulgarian Mint, measuring 28.19 mm (w) x 48.50 mm (h), minor flecking of enamels and loss of finish evident, in overall near extremely fine condition; a Nikolai Vaptsarov Naval Academy Badge, constructed of gilded bronze with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a white enameled diamond within a gilt border, overlaid by a red enameled five-pointed star bearing a gilt coat of arms of the People’s Republic of Bulgaria, above a gilt banner bearing a black Cyrillic inscription of “ВВУЗ Н. ВАПЦАРОВ”, the reverse with a screw and backplate, maker marked “БМД” for the Bulgarian Mint, measuring 28.20 mm (w) x 48.28 mm (h), minor flecking of enamels and loss of finish evident, in overall near extremely fine condition, and; a Military Transport Academy badge, constructed of gilded bronze with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a white enameled diamond within a gilt border, overlaid by a red enameled five-pointed star bearing a gilt coat of arms of the People’s Republic of Bulgaria, above a gilt banner bearing a black Cyrillic inscription of “ВТА”, the reverse with a screw and backplate, maker marked “БМД” for the State Industrial Enterprise Commune, Sofia, measuring 27.60 mm (w) x 47.11 mm (h), some tarnishing and loss of finish evident, in overall near extremely fine condition.
