What's a max bid?

A pair of military academy graduation badges, including a Georgi Rakovski Military Academy badge, constructed of gilded bronze with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of an off-white enameled diamond within a gilt border, overlaid by a red enameled five-pointed star bearing a gilt coat of arms of the People’s Republic of Bulgaria, above a gilt banner bearing a black Cyrillic inscription of “ВА Г.С. РАКОВСКИ”, the reverse with a screw and backplate, maker marked “БМД” for the Bulgarian Mint, measuring 28.15 mm (w) x 48.33 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition, and; a Military Transport Academy badge, constructed of gilded bronze with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a white enameled diamond within a gilt border, overlaid by a red enameled five-pointed star bearing a gilt coat of arms of the People’s Republic of Bulgaria, above a gilt banner bearing a black Cyrillic inscription of “ВТА”, the reverse with a screw and backplate, maker marked “БМД” for the State Industrial Enterprise Commune, Sofia, measuring 28.49 mm (w) x 48.80 mm (h), some tarnishing and loss of finish evident, in overall near extremely fine condition.
