What's a max bid?

A pair of military academy graduation badges, including a Georgi Dimitrov Academy badge, constructed of gilded bronze with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of an off-white enameled diamond within a gilt border, overlaid by a red enameled five-pointed star bearing a gilt coat of arms of the People’s Republic of Bulgaria, above a gilt banner bearing a black Cyrillic inscription of “ВВУЗ Г. ДИМИТРОВ”, the reverse with a screw and backplate, maker marked “БМД” for the Bulgarian Mint, measuring 28.08 mm (w) x 48.28 mm (h), minor flecking of enamels and loss of finish evident, in overall near extremely fine condition, and; a Georgi Benkovski Air Force Academy badge, constructed of gilded bronze with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a white enameled diamond within a gilt border, overlaid by a red enameled five-pointed star bearing a gilt coat of arms of the People’s Republic of Bulgaria, above a gilt banner bearing a black Cyrillic inscription of “ВВУЗ Г. БЕНКОВСКИ”, the reverse with a screw and backplate, maker marked “БМД” for the Bulgarian Mint, measuring 28.55 mm (w) x 48.65 mm (h), minor loss of finish and flecking of enamels evident, in overall near extremely fine condition.
