What's a max bid?

A pair of military academy graduation badges, including a Vasil Levski National Military University badge, constructed of gilded bronze with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of an off-white enameled diamond within a gilt border, overlaid by a red enameled five-pointed star bearing a gilt coat of arms of the People’s Republic of Bulgaria, above a gilt banner bearing a black Cyrillic inscription of “ВВУЗ В. ЛЕВСКИ”, the reverse with a screw and backplate, maker marked “БМД” for the Bulgarian Mint, measuring 28.04 mm (w) x 48.25 mm (h), minor flecking of enamels evident, in overall near extremely fine condition, and; a Georgi Rakovski Military Academy badge, constructed of gilded bronze with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of an off-white enameled diamond within a gilt border, overlaid by a red enameled five-pointed star bearing a gilt coat of arms of the People’s Republic of Bulgaria, above a gilt banner bearing a black Cyrillic inscription of “ВА Г.С. РАКОВСКИ”, the reverse with a screw and backplate, maker marked “БМД” for the Bulgarian Mint, measuring 28.70 mm (w) x 48.94 mm (h), some loss of finish and flecking of enamels evident, with some loosening of the obverse applique, in overall very fine condition.
