Your contract will be automatically cancelled and ordered merchandise will be returned to inventory if full payment is not submitted by the three (3) month deadline.

What's a max bid?

Your maximum bid should be the highest amount you're willing to pay for an item.

Your entered maximum bid will not be disclosed to the seller or other auction participants at any point.

Max bidding example:

If the current auction price is $100 dollars and you place a maximum bid of $120 dollars, the system will bid $101 dollars on your behalf.

If no other participant places a bid, you win that auction lot for $101 dollars.

If another auction participant places a bid of $110 dollars, the system will subsequently place a bid of $111 dollars on your behalf. The system will continue to bid in $1.00 dollar increments until your maximum bid of $120 dollars is exceeded.

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

Buyer's Premium

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

1. Order of 9 September 1944, I Class, Type IV, Civil Division (Заповед от 9 септември 1944 г.). Instituted in 1945 (four-piece construction, in bronze gilt with white and green enamels, measuring 63 mm (w) x 64 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, intact enamels, original ribbon, mounted to a five-sided aluminum suspension with pinback).

2. Order of 9 September 1944, III Class, Type IV, Civil Division (Заповед от 9 септември 1944 г.). Instituted in 1945 (three-piece construction, in bronze gilt with white and green enamels, measuring 56.3 mm (w) x 56 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, glue residue evident on the white enamels that has emanated from the repositioning of the centerpiece, original ribbon, mounted to a five-sided aluminum suspension with pinback).

3. Order of 9 September 1944, III Class, Type III, Civil Division (Заповед от 9 септември 1944 г.). Instituted in 1945 (three-piece construction, in silvered and gilt bronze with red and green enamels, measuring 56 mm (w) x 55.5 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, intact enamels, original ribbon, mounted to a five-sided aluminum suspension with pinback).

4. Order of People's Freedom 1941-1944, II Class (Орден за народна свобода). Instituted in 1945 (four-piece construction, in silvered bronze with red and green enamels, measuring 51.5 mm (w) x 52.5 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, intact enamels, original ribbon, mounted to a five-sided brass suspension with pinback, the ribboned suspension having separated from the award as its integral ring has been lost to time). Ranging from very fine to near extremely fine.

The Order of 9 September 1944 was instituted on September 14, 1945 and awarded for services connected with the Army revolt of September 9, 1944 and the formation of the People's Republic, to civilians for service to the government and in wartime to officers and leaders of the People's Army for courage and leadership, in three grades, in Civil and Military divisions. 2. The Order of People's Freedom (AKA Order of People's Liberty) was an Order of Merit of the Kingdom of Bulgaria from 1945 to 1946, and of the People's Republic of Bulgaria from 1946 to 1990. Originally it consisted of simply a breast star, but was later issued as a breast badge.
